The recently built house is situated in Riells de Dalt in L’Escala. It is located in a quiet and residential area, inside the complex of “PInamar 7”. The house is really closed to the Harbour of L’Escala and the Beach of Riells. Right in front of the house, we found the Natural Park of Montgrí.
The house is distributed between 2 levels.
On the ground floor, we find a living-dining room with an open American-style kitchen, with a direct access to a terrace with a private garden, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with build-in wardrobes, one of which is a double bedroom with its terrace and a bathroom.
The house is equipped with reversible by conduct air conditioning, electric shutters, double-glazed windows, and all of this with excellent materials and finishing touches.
The community area has a large, wooded garden with access to 3 swimming-pools, a barbecue area for your family’s holiday.
The house only has a parking spot of 12m2 and a 4m2 cellar where you can keep bicycles.
